How does ordering at BuddieGo work?
- You send your complete list via WhatsApp or the order form.
- You will receive a Tikkie for the delivery costs. As soon as this has been paid, we will go on our way for you.
- We go to the store with your list and collect the products. If something is out of stock, we will contact you for an alternative or leave it out in consultation.
- Before we go to the checkout, we calculate the exact amount of your groceries and send you a second Tikkie for this amount.
- Once payment for the groceries has been received, we will settle the bill and deliver your order directly to you.

For those who really need it, we offer the order card. This is delivered to your home, so that you can order at your own pace and always have an overview of your orders. The order card is especially intended for people who find online ordering difficult or could use extra support.
How does ordering with the Ordercard work?
- You will receive the order card from us personally, so that you can complete your order at your leisure.
- Please note clearly what you need.
- Want to speed up the process? Send us a photo of your completed card.
- We will collect the card for you again
- Payment is made at the time of collection of the order card.
- After payment we will start working immediately. Your order will be delivered on the agreed day and time.
