    You pay the following;


    Delivery;

    - Medium: €10,-

    - Large: €12.50


    Personal Shopping;

    - Klein: €12,50

    - Medium: €15,-

    - Large: €17.50



    All rates quoted include VAT, so you won't be faced with any surprises afterwards.


  • How are the costs calculated?

    You pay a fixed amount for the size of your service (small, medium, large)

  • Are there any additional costs?

    No, everything is transparent and clear in advance.

  • How do I pay?

    At the moment you can easily pay via a payment request (Tikkie) that we send in advance via WhatsApp. We are working on enabling secure online payments via our website soon.

  • What if it's a very short distance?

    The starting rate per format also applies for short distances.

Deliver

  • Which areas do you deliver to?

    We only deliver within Amsterdam. This way we guarantee a fast, personal and reliable service.

  • Can I arrange a regular delivery, for example groceries every week?

    Yes, definitely! We are happy to think along with you about a fixed schedule that suits you. Send us a message and we will plan it together.

  • What if I'm not at home?

    Let us know and we will discuss a solution – for example, delivery to the neighbors or to a safe place.

  • What should I do if I am unsure whether something can be delivered?

    Just send us a message. No question is too crazy and we are happy to think along with you.

  • How do I get in touch?

    You can easily reach us via WhatsApp. We usually respond quickly and are happy to think along with you.

  • Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

    Yes, you can schedule your delivery with us up to days in advance.

  • Can you also drop off returns or postal packages?

    Yes! Once you have your return label, we will bring the package to the right point (PostNL, DHL, etc.).

  • How do I know when my order will arrive?

    We will keep you informed via WhatsApp. You will receive updates on when we leave and when you can expect us.

  • How far in advance should I apply?

    The sooner the better, but in many cases we can deliver on the same day.

  • Do you also work with companies or shops?

    Sure! Whether you have a lunchroom, clothing store, beauty salon or creative company in Amsterdam East — We deliver your products or packages quickly and personally to your customers.

  • Can I get an invoice?

    Yes, you can receive a digital invoice for your own administration with every delivery.

  • Can BuddieGo also pick up or deliver something last minute?

    Yes, if available we can also provide emergency rides within Amsterdam East. Just send us a message and we will see if it works right away.

  • Are you reliable for confidential documents or business packages?

    Absolutely. Everything is transported personally and safely.

  • How quickly can you deliver?

    We are flexible and often available the same day. Urgent? Call or app us, then we think along with you.
